Main events after the Dynapac Co., Ltd. was formed are as follows;

Jan. 2005 Dainipponshigyo Co., Ltd. which transferred all the production business to Dainipponshigyo Separation Preparatory Corporation (surviving corporation), and Nippon Hi-pack Co., Ltd. which transferred all the production business to Nippon Hi-pack Separation Preparatory Corporation (expired corporation), merged under the style of Dynapac Co., Ltd.

Jul. 2005 HI-PACK (SZ) LTD. (current consolidated subsidiary) was founded in Shenzhen, GuangDong Province in China.
Sep. 2005 Hanoi Representative Office was established in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Oct. 2005 Acquisition of stock to make Eco Leave Co., Ltd. (current consolidated subsidiary) a subsidiary
Nov. 2005 Hangzhou office of SUZHOU SUN PACKAGE CO.,LTD. was established in Hangzhou, China.
May. 2006 Investment to NEW TOYO DYNAPAC CO., LTD. in Vietnam (current equity method affiliate)
Dec. 2006 Liquidation of NIKKEN SHOJI CO., LTD. is completed.
